Refund policy

Pretty Perfect Style is handmade and never mass produced.  Everything we offer is handmade and one of a kind. Due to the handmade nature of most of the gemstones, beads and metals, they can differ slightly from the photographs you see on the site.  Such variations, we feel, speak to the “character” of each piece and are in great contrast to machine-made products.

Should you have a problem with your order, we are happy to take it back in its original condition, unworn and unused, within 7 days for a refund or exchange. 

To return an item, please email us at with “RETURN” or “EXCHANGE” in the subject line.  We will respond as soon as possible to confirm the request. Although we do include free ground shipping to the client when a purchase if made, we do not incur the cost of return shipping.  This cost will be deducted from your refund when it is processed.  We ask that you ship your return in a padded envelope or box; as Pretty Perfect Style is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.  Please return your item(s) to the address below.
