Every order is sent an email that includes your tracking number through USPS AFTER it has been dropped off at the post office. (****make sure to check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox!) Tracking may take up to 24-48 hours to go live within the usps.com website.
Please check your tracking number to see when your order will arrive. If your delivery date has passed and you still have not received your order, please reach out to email@example.com and we will help you track down your order.
At this time we also offer priority shipping to Canada for a set fee as displayed in checkout. International shipping (other than orders going to Canada) is not available right now due to COVID-19 shipping restrictions.
Orders are typically mailed out within 1-3 business days through USPS. All orders are sent with tracking, no signature required upon delivery. Make sure your shipping location is secure. *We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
*Please note, USPS is experiencing delivery delays because of higher volume and limited staff due to COVID-19 regulations. First class shipping may take anywhere from 3 days up to 10 days to be delivered. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over your package after it has been dropped off to the U.S. Post Office.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Pretty Perfect Style is handmade and never mass produced. Everything we offer is handmade and one of a kind. Due to the handmade nature of most of the gemstones, beads and metals, they can differ slightly from the photographs you see on the site. Such variations, we feel, speak to the “character” of each piece and are in great contrast to machine-made products.
Should you have a problem with your order, we are happy to take it back in its original condition, unworn and unused, within 7 days for a refund or exchange. RETURNS ARE SHIPPED BACK AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE. Please note that there is a maximum of 3 returns allowed in a 6 month period.
To return an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with “RETURN” or “EXCHANGE” in the subject line. We will respond as soon as possible to confirm the request. Although we do include free ground shipping to the client when a purchase is made, we do not incur the cost of return shipping. This cost will be deducted from your refund when it is processed. We ask that you ship your return in a padded envelope or box; as Pretty Perfect Style is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please return your item(s) to the address below.

At this time, Pretty Perfect Style does not offer custom orders.
Custom sizing is any size bracelet outside of the sizes offered when ordering (small or large). Size small measures 6-7 inches, and size large measures 7-8 inches. If you need a bracelet that measures less than 6 inches, or more than 8 inches, please email email@example.com BEFORE ordering your product. To ensure you get the best measurement, measuring your wrist with a tape measurer will give the most accurate size.
Due to the busy nature of running a small business, any questions about beads and or gemstones, where to buy certain components, how to make jewelry items or anything of that nature are not able to be answered. Running a small business is a lot of work, so questions that are not related to a specific order will not be able to be granted a response.
