Shipping policy

Every order is sent an email that includes your tracking number through USPS AFTER it has been dropped off at the post office. (****make sure to check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox!) Tracking may take up to 24-48 hours to go live within the website.

Please check your tracking number to see when your order will arrive. If your delivery date has passed and you still have not received your order, please reach out to and we will help you track down your order.

At this time we also offer priority shipping to Canada for a set fee as displayed in checkout. International shipping (other than orders going to Canada) is not available right now due to COVID-19 shipping restrictions.

Orders are typically mailed out within 1-3 business days through USPS. All orders are sent with tracking, no signature is required upon delivery. Make sure your shipping location is secure. *We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

*Please note, USPS is experiencing delivery delays because of higher volume and limited staff due to COVID-19 regulations. First class shipping may take anywhere from 3 days up to 10 days to be delivered. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over your package after it has been dropped off to the U.S. Post Office.
